Hey Everyone, Welcome To Teen-Central!

The site has been going through a lot of changes lately, such as a total redesign.  What you are looking at right now is the 2nd facelift applied in a month.  Before you know it you will no longer recognize this site.  I am also developing an alliance between many other chat rooms so the page turns out as a network. The idea to create the chat rooms on both the new servers was a failed attempt, to much trouble. I will run all chat rooms on one server, Irc.Webchat.org.
